It’s rumored that Louise Bethune, America’s first female architect, bought the first women’s bicycle in Buffalo. She designed this beautiful space in 1888 at the age of 33! She must have been a badass. Sometimes I just can’t even imagine what she had to do to make it work. It’s hard for us in 2020! Can I get a YOU GO GIRL! for Louise Bethune?!
