We have a bright and beautiful 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment located right in the heart of the city. Take a stroll through this walkable neighborhood at any time of year and enjoy the convenience of many restaurants and shopping - including Thin Man Brewery, Bean Bastard Coffee, Thirsty Buffalo, Saigon, Lexington Coop and more. You can hop on your bicycle and head up to Delaware Park or walk over to the train to get downtown for work, a sabres game or meet friends for dinner. The location is really perfect!
We see people throw hardware out ALL THE TIME. Why?! It’s so beautiful! If you have old hardware you want cleaned… throw it in a crockpot with a little bit of dawn dish soap on low for 6-8 hours! The gunk should come right off.
