When we came across a vacant storefront on the West Side in our neighborhood… we knew we had to bring it back to life. Sadie Mathers, owner of Foibles Coffee & Pie was looking for a home… this space was perfect for her! So off to the races we went to renovate the space. None of this would be possible without our team, the adoption of the Buffalo Green Code which made this building legal for the first time in 50 + years… and Bank on Akron (Now Bank on Buffalo) for lending us the renovation funds to make it happen.
