Buffalove began in 2012 in an effort to stop the demolition of historic structures on the West Side of Buffalo, NY.
We are a small but mighty crew focused on renovating well, keeping rents as affordable as we can, adding energy efficiency measures even when we don’t have to because we know it is the right thing to do and…we live, work and play here on the West Side.
We know that small scale, incremental development is the path to restoring the homes and our neighborhoods in a fair and equitable way. We know that walkable communities are the most sustainable and resilient. We know that our little mixed use buildings are critical for small business start ups and growth. We know it is important to dream big and empower folks with hustle and grit.
We are female owned and female lead with a very dynamic and diverse squad. We are never perfect but we always do our work with love.
